Of course one thing is to hear that phototherapy is safe. Another is to have proof. We have personally known a large number of people who have used phototherapy for a long time with no issues. In fact, we don’t know any patients who have had complications from, or skin cancer from phototherapy. Some patients who still use phototherapy for their psoriasis are now elderly, having used it for a very long time.
